Some
people may experience problems when trying to purchase from this website
if they have Norton Personal Firewall or Norton Internet Security installed
on their computer. Actinic Software are aware of this problem, and have
issued the following solution...
To configure Norton Personal Firewall to work with Actinic Ecommerce, proceed
as follows:
- Open Norton Firewall
- select 'Privacy Control' and click on the button 'Custom Level'.
- Remove the tick from the 'Enable Browser Privacy' check box and 'OK'
the screen.
- Close the program.

If Norton Personal Firewall is not configured in this way, a problem can
occur such that when the add to cart button is pressed, the images are missing
and pressing 'Checkout Now' produces a 'General Script Error', such as...
Error: Error deleting /acatalog/xxxZxxxZxxxZxxxAxxx...cart (no such file
or directory).
